We are proud to support the local Gateway Club for people with learning difficulties and life challenges, including hosting Skittles evenings and a BBQ.

Each Summer the Lions host a summer barbeque and games event at Flintford Farm, courtesy of Lion Jim Dowling and his family.

At their recent business meeting Frome Lions were pleased to welcome three members from the Pod youth club based at Vallis Youth & Community Centre, along to receive a cheque for £1000 towards club funds. Father Christmas has asked the members of the Frome Lions & Rotary clubs to help him when he visits the residents of Frome and surrounding villages again this Christmas. Santa has said his first trip out this year will be on Friday 1st December when he will travel around Nunney and Trudoxhill. The float will be out on 17 days throughout December finishing on Friday 22nd December before Santa heads off to Lapland to complete preparations for the big day on the 25th.
